When I first felt inspired to start colours of community , I wasn’t sure how far it would go. I was particularly concerned about securing funds and whether I would receive the necessary support. For months, I even considered giving up. But today, I am deeply grateful that I didn’t. Though the funds I initially hoped for didn’t come through, God provided everything I needed.
My family and fellow organizers were my pillars of strength, keeping me motivated. The event turned out to be a success beyond my expectations. I was amazed by the turnout—people from different races came together—and many are already looking forward to the next one.”
